Established in 1968, our list of honours includes Three Scottish Amateur Cup wins and three West of Scotland Amateur Cup wins, and uniquely a continuous presence in the Caledonian League’s Premier division.
Off
the pitch, we pride ourselves in running our club as professionally as possible.
All our volunteers and sponsors feel an affection for the club that goes beyond
simply winning trophies - though that is great when it happens.
Instead, it is simply a great club to be involved with. Stirling
Council recognised this in 2005 when we achieved Charter status and
following on from that in 2008 Bannockburn Amateur were awarded the SFA
Quality Mark. Being a Quality Mark club means we demonstrated and
implement the running of our club effectively.
Always going forward, we plan to meet our aim of enabling enjoyable and successful participation in football by continuing our good relations with the people of Bannockburn, our sponsors and our respective leagues, plus increasing our member teams through greater youth involvement. In 2004 our youth team was formed attracting local youths following the SFA pathway playing in the Forth Valley Football Development Association. All of this happens by following the things we feel are important to us. These are: team working, professionalism, fun, continuing learning, creative expression and openness with everyone.
